The NIKO Arbitration 2020: Political & Judicial Antecedent and Aftermath


Bangladesh has won a liability claim against NIKO before International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). This case has a long political, legal and judicial history since 2011 and now that Bangladesh finally got an upper hand in the arbitration, DUCSU Law and Politics Review (DUCSU LPR) brings home the opportunity for the stakeholders to learn and discuss the potential it holds globally.
